It’s not about performing or following a script; it’s about being fully present and allowing the healing to unfold naturally and authentically.

My own healing journey has taught me that transformation doesn’t happen through pretending everything is fine. It happens when we meet ourselves and each other with honesty and heart. What is Energy Healing and how does it work?

Energy healing is a gentle practice that works with your body’s natural life force to restore balance, clear blockages, and support emotional and physical well-being. Everything is energy—including our thoughts, emotions, and experiences—and when that energy becomes stagnant or imbalanced, it can affect how we feel. Through modalities like Reiki, intuitive energy work, and sound healing, I help guide that energy back into flow, supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and harmonize.

What is sound healing and what does it do?

Sound healing uses frequencies and vibrations—like those from crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks—to shift your energy and quiet the mind. The sounds help slow down your brainwaves and relax your nervous system, which is why people often feel peaceful, emotional, or even deeply rested during a session. I always tune into your energy to choose tones that support what you need in the moment—whether that’s grounding, emotional release, or deep relaxation.

Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?

Not at all. You simply need to be open to the experience. Many people come in unsure or curious, and that’s completely okay. Energy healing is gentle, non-invasive, and meets you where you are. Whether or not you fully understand it, your body and spirit often respond in profound and subtle ways. You may leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, or with new insight. Trust that whatever unfolds is exactly what’s needed for you.

Can energy or sound healing help with emotional trauma?

Yes, absolutely—and with great care. Energy and sound healing can be powerful tools for gently working through emotional pain, stored memories, or trauma held in the body. I never rush or force the process; instead, we create a safe space where you can slowly explore and release what’s ready to shift. Healing trauma is deeply personal, and I walk beside you with compassion, honoring your pace, your story, and your strength.

Will I have to talk about my trauma or past experiences?

Only if you feel called to. Energy and sound healing work on a deeper level that doesn’t always require verbal processing. Some clients share openly, while others prefer to remain quiet and go inward—and both are perfectly valid. This is your space, and my role is to hold it with care and respect. Whether you want to talk, cry, rest, or simply be, you are welcome here just as you are.

What can I expect during a session with you?

Each session is unique, but it always begins with a brief check-in where we discuss what you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on. From there, you’ll lie down fully clothed in a comfortable space as I guide you through gentle energy and/or sound healing. You may feel warmth, tingling, or waves of emotion—or you may simply rest deeply. After the session, we take time to gently ground and discuss anything that came up. You’re held with care the entire way through.

How many sessions will I need to feel a difference?

Every person’s healing journey is unique. Some people feel a shift after just one session—like a sense of calm, clarity, or emotional release—while others find that regular sessions help support deeper layers of healing over time. There’s no “right” number of sessions. I always encourage you to listen to your body and your intuition. We’ll work together to create a rhythm that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

What if I don't feel anything during a session?

That’s completely okay. Some people feel physical sensations or emotions during a session, while others may feel very little in the moment but notice subtle changes afterward—like improved sleep, emotional clarity, or a lighter mood. Energy healing works beyond our conscious awareness, and its effects often unfold gently over time. You’re still receiving exactly what you need, even if it doesn’t feel dramatic right away.
